Brewing Beer

 
Here at Casey we brew our own beer in our brew room. It usually comes out very yum, but it takes lots of cleaning and preparation of all the stuff required to make it. A big crew usually gets together on a wednesday every couple of weeks to put a brew down or bottle one that is ready. This is a photo of me sterilizing a 44 gallon drum in preperation of brewing a new beer. The beer we brewed was named BB and a honey beer we made was called HBB. This beer should be ready to drink just before we leave on the Aurora Australis homebound at the end of summer! yummy beer!
